Dale A. is a student who joins us at the Spirit of Huntington Art Center from RISE Huntington. Dale was inspired by Wassily Kandinsky, a Russian artist who's regarded as one of the pioneers of abstraction in western art. He had the unique gift of synesthesia, an ability of multi-sensory perception, which allowed him to explore the relationship between sounds, colors, and shapes. Dale listened to music and translated what he heard into various foods.
