Dora is a student who joins us at the Spirit of Huntington Art Center from FREE Hawkins. Dora was inspired by Jean-Michel Basquiat, one of the leading figures of Neo-Expressionism, an art movement that reasserted the human figure back into contemporary art. Basquiat's use of color and expressive line work is visible in Dora's artwork.
